Pickled Red Onions


 

Ingredients

2 Large Red Onions

1/2 C Water

1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Raw Sugar

1 tsp Sea Salt


Directions

Slice Onions thinly and place in a heat safe container.

Boil the water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small pot until sugar and salt dissolve.

Slowly pour the mixture over the onions and let cool.

Cover and store refrigerated for several weeks.

(This same method can be used with any of your favorite veggies.)
