Chicken Gyro


 

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. Chicken Tenderloins

1/4 C Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Greek Seasoning Mix

4-6 Pieces Naan or Pita

Lettuce - Red or Green Leaf are great options.

Pickled Red Onions

1 Sliced Cucumber

1 C Chopped Cherry Tomatoes

Crumbled Feta Cheese

Tzatziki


Directions

Marinate chicken in oil and Greek seasoning for at least 20 minutes.

Grill until no longer pink (about 7-10 minutes) and cut into chunks.

Warm naan in oven for about 3-5 minutes.

Place chicken in center of naan and top with remaining ingredients.
