our story.

For most of his life, Eric was the “big guy.” At his heaviest—over 330 pounds—he couldn’t fit on a rollercoaster. Michele struggled too, trying countless diets and plans that never worked.

One day, we realized: living unhealthy was harder than doing the work to change. So we stopped chasing “magic fixes” and started focusing on the fundamentals—real food, daily movement, sleep, connection, and sustainable habits.

The results? Eric lost 165 pounds, Michele lost 30, and we gained a whole new life. Now, we want to help others discover that health doesn’t have to be complicated.

Side-by-side photos of two women and one man, each group in a different setting. The left photo shows a woman and man smiling, standing near a pink and gold ornate chair. The woman wears a navy T-shirt, denim shorts, and a watch, while the man wears a red T-shirt and khaki shorts, with an ornate gold frame in the background. The right photo shows a woman and man making playful poses in a bright room with large windows. The woman has dark hair, wears a teal T-shirt and black leggings, and is making a shaka sign, while the man, with glasses and a beard, wears a gray T-shirt with text and dark sweatpants, with city buildings visible through the windows.
Side-by-side images of a couple dressed in formal black attire, attending events. In the left image, they stand indoors with wooden walls, smiling; the woman has long black hair, and the man has short dark hair. In the right image, they are at a formal event with a backdrop featuring a microphone logo, the woman has curly black hair, and the man wears glasses and a suit, both smiling and posing closely.
